100 Workout - July 27th
20 Power Wheel Pike Ups
20 Cable Full Extensions-red band
20 Hindu Jump Squats (Hindu squat, must touch floor each rep, jump at top)
100 Jump Rope forward and backwards
Only got through 2, felt nauseas and sick. Had been feeling weird all day, really tired and w/o energy. Ran 1 mi after in 12 mins.
Did first MBG workout in a while, been kinda lazy the last 1.5 weeks. Did 12/10/8/etc. of Pushups/Chinups (machine assisted), rest, then split squat and broad jump. I think I'll be a bit sore tomorrow. 1 hour of tennis as well.
Perform 50 reps each, rest as needed, alternating between:
1. Alternate Cable Shoulder Presses (press one arm, lower to chest, press with other arm, 25 each side)
* Stability-Red cable. Thinking about upping the resistance.
2. Body Rows (50)
* Strength-90 degree
Rest as needed, then repeat same format for the following:
1. Pistols (did 50 each side)
* Stability-assisted with Jungle Gym
2. Box Jumps (50)
* Strength-to bench on picnic table.
Been lazy for 4 days. Tried doing power wheel crawls on the sidewalk, bad idea as it tore big chunks of skin off my hands. Did 2 sets of about 80 yds before quitting. Next time I'll do it on the grass. Did jump rope sets though, alternating between forward and back from 100 down. Then ran 2.25 miles.
