Thanks Matt. I have tried all the proteins and while they sound like they may taste harsh they are very tasty. Thanks for showing me an alternative to Whey Protein and other types.
Thank you for your response. When you mix all the protein powders together do you use the number of scoops it recommends on each product or for example do you use a tablespoon of each, etc...?
For example I followed your receip and included as many scoops as the directions recommended, so one scoop of the pea and two of the healthy life is that right?
What do you recommend/use when mixing the Hemp Protein, Pea Protein, Source life, and Vega? To clarify do you mix it with Water or Rice Milk, add it to foods, make smoothies? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated- Thanks!
Completed my first 60 day challenge and it went well. The workout lasted about 25mins. I understand workouts will vary in length. I still had a lot of engery so I proceeded to do some extra cardio. Should I be sticking strictly to the 60 day challenge workout or is it alright to do more?
