I've gone one on one with the hemp protein...I thought I could drink just about anything but not that. Most of protein powders, be it hemp or whey have around 18-20grams per/serving. What about these designer types, Muscle Milk, MyoPlex, etc? They seem to have a greater concentration of protein. Is this just a lot of hype? Can I just double up my efforts with regular old Whey?
Interested in your thoughts.

Dino,
I think Jon uses the pushup bar in his power wheel video and that will be a good interim fix while I continue to build strength in my wrists. Thanks for your comments.

All good suggestions. I have been pretty consistant on the 60 day workout and have established this program very effectively while traveling....which I do a lot. I'm going to focus on strengthening my wrist via wrist curls. I am a huge fan of the power wheel and will make it work one way or another. Marching toward day 60 of the challange with terrific results. Thanks for the input...

I find that I have a reoccurring problem with my wrists when using the power wheel. Wrist pain. I do pushups on my fists and now have devised foam pading for using the power wheel on my fists while crawling. Does anyone have a suggestion as to strenghening wrists?

Brian,
I agree. This type of %body fat tool is probably best viewed as a "trend" instrument rather than an exact measurement. I'll still take a look at what is offered...combined with hitting specific exercise goals I think this kind of tool will add to my motivation.
Thanks, Tim
Hey Todd. Congrats on your progress and enthusium. I'm also leaning toward a power wheel and train station. And, like you I'm looking for a %fat tool. I have recently seen Tanita Scale Plus that measures weight and %fat and %water. Maybe someone on the board has used this product and has a review.
Hello, I'm just starting day 2 on the challange and still becoming fimiliar with all the website has to offer. I have been unable to locate where to enter the workout time data for the "Workout Time Last 7 Days" graph on my home page. I am using and saving the various journals but my workout time graph just shows "0" minutes for all 7 days.
Solution???
Thanks,
Timmcm
