Please could you add Fencing and Horse riding (or do you say Horseback riding in the U.S?) - as a wannabe Modern Pentathlete these are quite important to my training...
Could anyone give me some advice on goal setting for the 60 Day Fitness Challenge? I'm not sure whether the goals should be fitness goals (e.g. 'Be able to do 10 pull-ups') or sporting, or weight-related, or a mix of these.
I do a mix of sports and my main focus is improving my all-round fitness and strength to get better at these, plus improve my postural problems and so reduce the amount of time I spend with neck/shoulder injuries. However I'm struggling with putting these into specific short/mid/long term goals.
Any advice or examples gratefully received!
