The MBG workout for 9/30 is:
Strength and Power level-perform 20-30-40-50-40-30-20 reps AFAP of each exercise, alternating between:
1. Swimmers
2. Skaters
3. Log Jumps
4. Wall Throws
5. Umpas
6. Burpees
I don't understand how many times through the pyramid one goes nor how the alternating works. It would help to just list the sequence. Is it
20 Swimmers, 30 Skaters, 40 Log Jumps, 50 Wall Throws, 40 Umpas, 30 Burpees, 20 Swimmers. Done.
Or is it something more intricate? Something longer? For instance,
20 Swims, 20 Skaters, 20 L Jumps, 20 W Throws, 20 Umpas, 20 Burpees,
30 Swims, 30 Skaters, 30 L Jumps, 30 W Throws, 30 Umpas, 30 Burpees,
40 Swims, 40 Skaters, 40 L Jumps, 40 W Throws, 40 Umpas, 40 Burpees,
50 Swims, 50 Skaters, 50 L Jumps, 50 W Throws, 50 Umpas, 50 Burpees,
40 Swims, 40 Skaters, 40 L Jumps, 40 W Throws, 40 Umpas, 40 Burpees,
30 Swims, 30 Skaters, 30 L Jumps, 30 W Throws, 30 Umpas, 30 Burpees,
20 Swims, 20 Skaters, 20 L Jumps, 20 W Throws, 20 Umpas, 20 Burpees.
