The April 30, 2008 MBG workout has listed D-Ball Push Press as one of the exercises. Could you explain what that is as I don't find it in the video library?
Also, the link to the D-ball Front Squat in the video library isn't working as of today.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a D-Ball? Is it the same as a medicine ball? I tried to find one in your store but there is no listing for this.
Also, how do you determine what size (weight) medicine balls, kettlebells, and D-Ball to get for each individual?

Not sure how to manage my goals. Under "My Goals" next to each goal it says progress "not started". And when I click on "show my progress" a picture of a mountain comes up. So, my question is, how do I document my progress for each goal so it shows up in the appropriate place?
