This isn't really intended to begin a thread - just more of a general comment - I'm continually impressed with how well you all are managing the web experience. The continual improvement of the video library is just beyond me - whomever's in charge of that one, keep it up! It just gets easier and easier to use. Thank you all so much for the effort you make on this site, it's fantastic. I'd really like to drive to Madison and hug someone.

Brad - following on to your earlier lengthy post on the workouts and different levels - I'm starting to feel like I'm getting the hang of how to adjust my workouts based on the equipment I have here at the house, and my fitness level, and you're right - once you get the hang of it, the simplicity of the MB approach really comes through...

Brad - Thanks for the reply and the additional guidance. I think your last comment was dead-on: A quick "guide" to thinking about how to scale the workouts could be really helpful. I can't imagine you guys going through and separately "scaling" each and every workout, but having a reference page that bridges the workouts to your current level would make it a lot easier for us on-line-only members to quickly make sense of the excercises and the intensity.

Further to Dave's question - I'd love it if the gym would post some kind of guideline to the daily exercises in terms of thinking about them in the stability, strength, and power phases. Should we newbies to the 60-day online challenge just assume that the workouts are "tuned" to the power level, and we need to step them back? By how much, generally, for each phase? Being able to look at a workout and understand how to tune it for my current level would be a godsend.
