Those are great questions! You can purchase D-Balls from d-ball.com. Here is the link:

You can also use kettlebells as an alternative to the d-balls.

The resistance level is not an exact science, but a good guideline is:

Stability - 0-30% of bodyweight
Strength - 30-40%
Power - 40% +

So if you weigh 100 pounds and are working out at stability level, you would use anywhere from 0 to 30 pounds of resistance.

Thanks for your feedback on the workout posting times! If you are a member of the MBG in Madison, you can view the entire week of workouts on the board in the Sports Training Room! This way you can look ahead and know what to expect.

If you are an online member, you can choose any previous week from the archives or just do one of your favorite workouts if you don't want to turn on your computer that early

Hello! The workout time for the last 7 days is tied to the Activity Journal. So enter each Activity and time spent and click on save.
