I have a suggestion for the website. I've bobbled back and forth between recording my workouts and food logs online as well as on paper. There is something about being able to see them on paper and be able to go back and quickly compare and view. But, I like the convenience of the online entries since I don't have to carry paper around with me every day to record what I've eaten. And if I don't do it immediately - I tend to forget what I did eat! Makes me more accountable also. Is there a way that we can have the online system give us a printout of the entries we've made or create a download that we can print? Especially the workout log so I can see the progress I've made. Also, is there a way to combine the Workout Journal and Activity Journal together? I like both but just wondering if we could make that more streamlined.
I agree. I have to admit I have had days too where I've had a tough few days in a row of workouts and am debating on if I'll do the next workout in the morning at the gym or stay home and do some yoga or a more relaxed workout.
I also have days where I know I can't get in to the gym for a full workout - like today - but would have time to get in 20 minutes worth or so at home to get part of it in and do the rest later in the day. And if I could look that up the night before, print it out and set it by my workout equipment upstairs. Otherwise I have to go downstairs in the morning, wait for the computer to boot up, then find the info, and I've already wasted half my morning workout time.
So, I'd appreciate having the posting at least before maybe 8 or 9pm the night before.
I just want to say thank you for posting this information. I've also had trouble jumping backwards. Never seemed to be a problem when I was a kid but after 20+ years that seemed to vaporize. So, I tried this the other day at the gym and it worked great. Within seconds of concentrating on not circling my arms as much I had a great steady pace going. While not as fast and continuous as I can do going forward. Was considerably better than the jump twice twice and trip over the rope pace I was doing before.
