I believe you were to alternate a body row with another exercise in a pair for a given time or number of reps. As for the deadlifts, you can use the TNT cable (anchored to something scure) or anything heavy. If you're in a hotel room you have luggage if you can get to a park you might find rocks. You just have to get a bit creative with it.

This means you should work up progressively from a relatively easy version of the movement to the most difficult you sustain for 5 reps.
An example using pushups: 3-5 easy knee pushups/3-5 regular pushups/3-5 pushups with 60 lbs. resistance, etc. on up until you can do no more than 5 clean reps. For someone like Jon that might mean +160 lbs. on the Power Pushup.
Repeat this set/rep scheme with all the movements listed.
