Ha! No, no climbing of the Cliff Bars. We have a bar here called the Cliff Hanger. You can substitute any sort of 100 yard or 100 rep climbing exercise like pole climbs, rope climbs, body rows, etc....
Just wanted to give you a heads-up about what's been happening with the online workouts. As you can see the website has recently changed! We're very excited about the changes but have been working through some tweaks and appreciate your patience. Look for the workouts to be up for a week at a time now!
I couldn't find a video either (we're working on updating some of those right now). Single leg lateral hops are different from skaters in that you don't hop from leg to leg (like you do with skaters) but hop laterally one direction for distance or reps and your other leg never touches the ground. Switch up directions for both legs.
