anyway to switch the chronological order of the postings so when you view someone's log you see their last posting instead of the first. i think this might be more preferable?

thanks tim, the body weight jump training has really been cool and i can tell the difference already. you should try it if you can fit it in, i switched to doing full squat(butt to heels) jumps and it had made it quiet a bit harder, i think jon calls them monk jumps or something to that sort. nice job with the presses you must be close to pressing those 44ks
first week in mexico didn't do any training, i was really tired and didnt sleep much. i think i just needed to acclimate, but this week has been great and have been doing some good training.
while here my goals are simple
1. move better- jumping running
2. increase sprint time for 60m and 100m
3. stay healthy
also am curious to see how the body weight work transfers over for olympic lifting. i think the jumping and sprinting will help a lot
that being said i will be hitting yoga really hard and focusing strongly on keeping my knee pain free while working on running and jumping
heres what my first week has been, felt really good. really sore today but workouts went great all week
monday 9/1/08 - 100 vertical jumps
did in 4 sets of 25
3x8 glute hams
50-kips
done in 4 sets 15,15,12,8
50 ice cream makers- bent knees
Tues 9/2/08 - sprint work
evening
light run 7mins
10x50yd full sprints
hanging JG work(like rings) 1min pull 1rest 1min push 4x 16min total
Olympic lift day -getting into O lifting again this is my second day back with clean and jerk
O-lift warm up for first 15 mins
Focus-
4's of hang clean, front squat, mp, pp, jerk, increasing weight from 20k to 60k
3's of clean+jerk @ 84k
2's of clean+jerk @ 93k
1's of clean @ 104k
1's of clean @ 109 k -- missed first two attempts got 3rd new PR!!
Core- 3x8
Ice cream maker's on straight bar
overall had a good day. still felling a little weak from being sick but already broke my old PR so i think all the rings and pistols have helped a lot, hopefully it keeps going up.
