Hi I was doing the hswalk for the first time and after I was finished I felt dissy and got pain in my head.
Anyone feeling the same?
Will it be better when I getting just to hs
But exept from that it was a good workout.
I will try to make the one from crossfit.
I made most of my training gear it works great but now I want to get some orginal stuff.
The summer is here in Norway and my gym is now moved outside grrrrrreaaaaaaaaaaaaat
It should be easy to make one search the net forsome drawings. I looking for the same since its hard to get stuff like that in Norway.

I done the fitness test and wonder how long should I wait before doing it again.
Do you use the test to mesure your results or do you make individual tests for certian periodes.
