    Hi I was doing the hswalk for the first time and after I was finished I felt dissy and got pain in my head.
    Anyone feeling the same?
    Will it be better when I getting just to hs
    But exept from that it was a good workout.

    I will try to make the one from crossfit.
    I made most of my training gear it works great but now I want to get some orginal stuff.
    The summer is here in Norway and my gym is now moved outside grrrrrreaaaaaaaaaaaaat

    was out of gas after 6 min so I did swings 15/15 for 4 min

    So I did a very short workout/tets

    KB CP with homemade kb 23kg 2-2 28kg 1-1
    Pullups 16kg 2 22kg 2 28kg 2 30 kg 1
    Pistols 16 kg 1

    Thanks yesterday I did a 15/15 snatch workout for 8 rounds it was tough and a really fun way to workout.
    I will sure try it with other combos.

    I done the fitness test and wonder how long should I wait before doing it again.
    Do you use the test to mesure your results or do you make individual tests for certian periodes.
