    today i noticed for the 60 day challenge it said:

    yoga and Stair Runs - May 19th

    1. Complete the Beginner's yoga sequence from the new Eischen's Yoga DVD.
    2. After do 25 minutes of stair running.

    i was just wondering about the stair runs like is there rest or is it just full out sprinting the whole time?

    any help would be great, thaanks

    it said to "each hand on a box, box dip to box push ups", im not sure it that means to do box dips then pushups or one dip then some pushups?

    any help would be great:)

    5x6 - April 22nd

    Complete 5 sets of 6 reps of each of the following exercises, alternating between:

    1. Slide Thrus (each hand on a box, box dip to box push ups)
    2. Pistols (reps are for each leg)
    3. Broad Jumps

    today's challenge has "Slide Thrus" in it. there was no video so any help in describing them would be great.

    Sprints - April 16th

    (10) 50 meter sprints

    (6) 100 meter sprints

    (2) 200 meter sprints

    (1) 400 meter sprint
