Signed up to the 60 day challenge yesterday and am awaiting my Jungle Gym and Power Wheel etc to be delivered in around 10 days. Between now and then I can work on cleaning up my diet a bit and subbing the workouts with equipment I have here at home, so there's no worries there.
I've been looking around the site and it is wisely suggested to start with the tests to show where you are now and to use them to gauge increases in strength and endurance. It is not however very clear on how one should perform them.
Do I do them all in one session? Do I make an educated guess as to which level I'd be capable of and try to complete that? What if I underestimate myself and go for the stability level, bomb through it easily? Should I try to do the next level up the next day until I can't make the level? How much rest is recommended between tests?
Questions, questions. I'd like to hear from anyone who'd be willing to give me their take on it. And possibly answer anything I haven't thought of.
