It's great to read I'm not the only one have trouble with backwards jump rope (I actually got a chuckle upon reading post & my frustration). I've been trying for the past month & am unable to get more than 6 - 10 consecutive jumps....I'll follow the tips you've posted (same as what my online trainer, Matt, has told me) & keep practicing.
Since beginning my training "forward" jump rope has become one of my favorites...can't wait to get make the breakthrough with backwards.

I just re-upped for a 3 month period when the 1st (trail) month ended. I'm doing the Weight Lost workouts trying to get back in form & I'm enjoying it.....
